Can you guess?

Sorry about the poor lighting the flash was confused with the car half in the light.

If I am named emperor of the universe for a day I will make it law that certain things in cars have to be replaceable with out removing any other parts.

Yep. 2007 Saab 93. The left side bulbs are not accessible with out taking the whole front off the car. Because of this I decided to replace all the lights. Because if one is bad others are not far off.  While not the worst thing I have taken apart it just seems stupid that this level of disassembly is needed for a headlight bulb or really any bulb on the front of the car.

Are they xenons?  On my Saab the windshield wiper fluid piece is removable so you can get in there to do the bulb.

Oops

Changing headlight bulbs without removing the bumper on a Saab 9-3 ...

Well then there is the fuse block and a big connector in the way. At that point it is just as easy to pull the bumper cover.
