The Zoomboni is getting it's shocks rebuilt. They're done and in the mail coming back to me so it'll be a quick job. Some light maintenance and it should be ready for another season dodging cones.
The turbo Miata needs to have it's MS3 tune addressed more thoroughly. It rarely gets driven and would love to find a new home.
The Suburban is going to get some actual bodywork. I bought replacement rocker panels and am going to learn some welding on sheet metal.
Wish me luck.
The NSX is going up on cribs and getting it's engine dropped for:
- Timing Belt/water pump
- Lost Motion Assembly replacement
- Adjust the Valves
- 3.2 headers
- Cam seals
- New/refurbished clutch
- Baffles added to the oil pan
Jesus. I'm tired just looking at that.

Here in Vegas we used to have night autocross but even then it's stupid hot.
Daily:
- Rear shocks, finally blew the seals and oil is out
- Find rattling in the pulleys.. or pay someone to. Injured myself last time working on it.
- Do something about the developing roof rust. The Ford/Mazda paint is going.
Project e36: (in no particular order)
- Don't sell it
- Resistor mod because I'm not putting money into the SAP system.
- Fix ABS
- Fix heat
- Tint
- Track down fluid leaks
ZX2, since I missed the 2024 season, I still need to know whether 15 or 16 inch wheels would be best suited for rallyX. Then replace the strut tower bearings and do some basic maintenance.
Ranger, maintenance, maybe new shoes
Dodge Pu, diagnose why it won’t fire
Wards 250, strip it down and have powder coat done
Get the E-350 white whale cleaned up and hopefully started so it can be sold.
Get the Jetta wagon parts car out of my back yard (above needs to happen first because it blocks access)
Work on getting the Triumphs driving again, starting with the TR8.
If I can get those three tasks done over the Winter, it'll be a success. If I think about all of the projects I need to do, I'll freeze up and get nothing done.

Try not to freeze my ass off and hopefully get some shop time.
The A4 needs to be finished. Fire suppression, finish painting the cage, install a steering wheel with quick release, and... uh... is that it? That might be it. Maybe I'll put one of our old kid-size car seats in the back to spook the inspectors. I'll get tires for it in the Spring, before the school. If I'm feeling a little crazy, I might buy some coil overs.

You have a Wards/Benelli? Very cool.
In reply to Tom1200 :
I have 4, or so, of them now – had more before. I got them from a guy you might know – he road raced Ducatis, David Chrone.
I was hoping to build a racer from one but I have probably aged out. The other project is a 68/9 Wards Mojave which is getting a CB550 motor swap. The Mojave was styled after bikes made by Rickman/Metisse like Steve McQueen rode.

You're the third person I know with one. I just rode a 175 two weeks ago. One of the Formula Vee racers I know has one and a long time friend has a 125.
Pictures man, we need pictures!

I'll be learning myself how to overhaul Model T ignition coils.
Then building 4 for myself and 4 Model S coils for a customer.
Slowly gathering parts to do a brake/suspension refresh on my RSX, with Koni yellows and maybe some slightly stiffer springs. I'm hoping to get back into autocross and maybe a couple track days next year.
In reply to Tom1200 :
As part of the collection I had there were 125s (sold) and one 175 (which I want to sell). 175s are rare, both are 2-stroke. The 250, 260, 350 and 360s are 4-stroke and somewhat bigger and come in 2 models. There is the “Riverside” which is what I was going to convert to a road racer. Based on one that won a vintage championship as I recall. And, there is the “Mojave” which is the Rickman/Metisse style.
The CB550 conversion bike is not much to look at, at this point. Mostly what I have done is figuring out what needs to be done, like a 12 volt conversion, disc brake conversion, test fittings and collecting parts. It took years just to find an engine. Also, progress has been terribly slow due to life stuff. I have thought about posting a build thread but this is primarily a car site.
