Partnered for a 50/50 ownership with Bradenton Motorsports Park and Victor Alvarez next door to the freedom factory.
Hopefully this helps with a reduction in subdivision development bs.

That was my first thought about the overdevelopment in that area and to make sure they can both exist as a facility as long as possible.
This is great news. I love both facilities. I've had a lot of fun visiting both with my family and they get better every year.
Regarding the reduction in subdivision development. No, this wont stop development, but I would hope it strengthens their partnership to fight the Karens after the houses are built. The housing developers have already bought all of the land surrounding the FF and BMP. Cleetus and Victor tried to stop the development and lost. There will be houses to the west, south, and east of the FF and BMP in the next few years.
What they need to do for the next few years or so, is have 24 hour a day 7 day a week unmuffled cars on track. To make it very clear to prospective homeowners that they will be living next to not one, but two racetracks.
Not only that, but the tracks should have giant signs at the road stating that despite what the real estate agent says, the tracks are not closing for good. Also they need to make a sign that faces the sky, that is big enough to be read from any satellite view map sites stating the same thing as the signs at the road.
