The Buick Regal thread caused me wonder after watching Top Gear last night (on TV). It was an episode from last summer (Series 13, Episode 5) and, at one point, the Stig broke out what they called his drifting machine. They didn't mention the cars name though. I know someone here will know what it is though.
It looked and sounded awfully cool.

1 minute. I knew it would be quick, but that's impressive!
Now I really want this!

And the Vauxhall version is MUCH better looking than the G8 was.
You can get kits to convert the G8 to a Holden Commodore, which looks much more like the Vauxhall.

I respectfully disagree. Vauxhall is too... boy-racerish, the G8 has cleaner lines IMHO.

Not that it matters...the Vauxhall is forbidden fruit here.

All of them are Commodores, a couple just had badge engineered facelifts
Yet again, the US market is not allowed nice things. The GTO and G8 were great to have here, but so short lived. Its mean to tease us like this...
You should see what Ford has to offer downunder....
