Lol its a joke but yeah, in my opinion not that im being asked id go with the SR20, especialy if your planning on going over 400hp without breaking the bank, as for myself i went GTI-R in my miata and yes its a pain in the ass and its been custom fabrication one after another but in the end it will all be worth it....

I'd honestly stick with the BP. Like it's been stated, its a lot easier and the SR is a heavier engine. Wouldn't that throw of the supreme weight dist of the Miata? I'd go with turboing a BP via FM over the SR anyday. A rotary would be BA however.
