If anyone saw my posts on the "random phots" thread you may have gathered that I'm in STL for the weekend. And today the MASSIVELY E36 M3ty roads took their toll and vibrated the cooling system of my Passat into submission. While driving along in a torrential downpour this afternoon I started smelling something sweet....
Pulled into a 7-11 for a snack and bag of ice and a cloud escaped the hood. It appears some part of the cooling system has shat the bed and released an important amount of coolant.
The plan for tomorrow WAS to go the the 140 acre transportation museum before heading back to KY, now it appears a visit to the local VW shop is in order on for Juneteenth. Yay vacation.
