I see that no one has mentioned agreeable neighbors or no neighbors close by. My former next door neighbor did fiberglass bodies as a side business. He did a lot of the Studebaker Coupe LSR bodies in the 80's, and other stuff. Every time he was working, in his windowless garage, the neighborhood knew it.
