I was at Porsche of Fairfield tonight. They have a used GT2 RS on the showroom floor in case anyone here is in the market for one...
I don't see the GT2 Porsche's USA website; is it no longer available here? So it's NLA and therefore an "instant collector car?"
But just imagine, for $270K you get floor mats that match the interior , a "Sports Look" footrest, and BLACK seatbelts. Wow, great options on this one.

Our dealership had one for about the same price--don't remember if it was used or just late in the model year. Yes, a lot of money. But as a friend notes, Porsche doesn't often run end-of-year sales.
The local mercedes dealer had a used gt2 with carbon brakes for I think 175k. I looked like a dirty bum picking up parts for my car, what an amazing beast that thing was. It must have been 3-4years ago. The salesman even walked up to me friendly like and I explained I couldn't even afford to look at it.
997 GT2's have been up as much as 30K in the last year due to the death on the manual in the 991 GT2.
Though Porsche being Porsche has been saying that they will offer the GT2 RS in 682hp form with the 7 speed manual as a option which will kill the pricing on these if true.
