Got mine at the swap meet. Regularly see them on Craigslist as well.
Additionally, and slight thread jack, im going to have to go to the used nascar parts place linked above.
Try a local race club's forum classified section. This time of year people should be upgrading and have old stuff for sale.

Where are you located? I have an 18" Kirkey I'm thinking about getting rid of.

14" is a very small seat, I've got a 14" Kirkey and put on a couple lbs (literally) going from a 29 waist to 30 and the seat's tight now. 5'6" and was 134 lbs when I got the seat.
Yeah 14 is small. I'd fit thanks to the noasatol, but 15 would be preferred for other team members.
