Okay, what's the short list on liquids for paint recovery that might actually work?
They're done. There's no bringing them back. Dispose of properly, repurchase and start over.
As in, what can you use to rejuvenate sun damaged paint (say on cars?)
Or paint itself that has been damaged by the sun pre-application?

The former. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
Oh, already applied paint, the answer is clay bar, wet sand, polish, ceramic coat. Depen on how bad it is, a reclear may be in order, but generally unleash clear coat damage is already showing/worn through, then you won't need to reclear it.
