I'm 6'1" and the only F-body ever drove was really uncomfortable ergonomically. It was a 2000 (ish) SS Camaro - just a street car - and I felt like it was a hoot but I could never live with one. Of course, if you're gutting it, this probably doesn't apply. Also, It was a short drive, I may very well have missed some of the possible adjustments.

I have really long arms too (38" sleeves), so I can recline the seat enough in the RX7 for helmet clearance; as for the Mustangs, the Fox cars, for me, have better comfort than the SN95...I think that they have the seats mounted a bit further rearward in the chassis.
You know you would have made a fantastic boxer with those Stretch Armstrongs
I chose swimming instead. Back in the day, I was top-25 in the world in the 400m Free. Problem was that I was at best 5th among the Americans, so I never traveled on a National (Olympic/Pan-Am/Pan-Pac etc.) team.

I had a decent amount of room in my Integra, but my Accord has more headroom than I could ever imagine and is a nicer place to be inside-not by a ton over the Integra, but it definitely is. A little bit more Ergonomic than the Integra was, too. MUCH nicer on longer drives, and way quieter. It is fatter by about 300-400lbs though. It's kind of like a fatter, nicer, torquier Integra that's stiffer.
If someone suggests a Civic they'll get a D-series rod covered in blood in the mail.
