If I was getting a tax return, I'd use it to pay off what I owe in to the IRS this year :p

i like the way you think. my place needs almost all of those things, but i'm probably going to build a tool shed first so i can get the wheelbarrow, lawn mowers, etc, out of the garage.

Also an excellent idea. There's a potting shed in my future, and I am fortunate enough that my girlfriend is on board with storing all the lawn and garden stuff out there once it exists.
We're just doing the garage expansion/shed thing in the opposite order.
