And a lot of cleaning. Did you get all the oil cleaned out of the engine bay?

It was great getting to meet everyone in person after years of posting on the forum. I had a great time and hope to return next year, not with the civic though. I have already had three calls on it...
Pat, congrats to you guys again. I'm glad your original post was so long. I feel like I'm always writing a novella. The longer your post, the better I look. :)
I'm always telling people about how friendly this competition is. People want to do well because they brought a fun car, not because someone else had bad luck. We helped competitors 3 times, and also helped a little old lady cross the street. It took nothing away from our weekend, and we know people would have done the same for us. (We actually helped a confused little old lady at a gas station, but you get the idea.)
Different subject. I saw the corded tires on the Neon. Yikes! Kumho tires are not a budget item, but you do have to pay for them.

"All" is such a big word... I got... let's call it: a bunch of the oil cleaned out, at least. And, thanks to Bill from the SDAC ScAires team, no more should be leaking out and slinging around! I have to admit, though, as I had my kids washing the car in the driveway before I left for Florida (see? Child labor. Another thing I learned from the Challenge!) it just didn't seem right getting a Rallycross beater that un-dirty.
Thanks for the help from those who tried to keep us running and thanks to GRM for such an amazing event which brings such talented and fun people together.
We'll be back for our 5th in 13

don't forget that someone has to come out of the closet, too.

Oh, you're coming next year?

Fixed to get rid of any and all subtle undertones!

If you come next year you need to caravan with all of us. There's going to be a minimum of 3, hopefully 5 first gen MX6s rolling out of Indy.
We also need to trade work for work.

I plan on being there, it remains to be seen if I will build anything or not. I'm shiny happy person deep in my van at the moment.

I believe you have my phone number... Once the Escort is shipped off down south, i'll have time to help with pretty much anything, so just shoot me a text.
Just wanted to put in my 2 cents and say that Bessie and I had a great time! It's the only event that she will go to, and has a great time. I also found out that I am being refered to as the 'Saturn guy', got a big kick out of that. If everything works out I will have another Saturn to run. Looking forward to 2013.
