Ed - You guys should look into using the Periscope app to broadcast the event. I've used it several times now to watch live events and it is fantastic. Easy to set up.

My guess is it will be an audio-only broadcast via police scanner with a supplementary video feed courteous of WCJB-TV if someone steps up the awesome.
