Not quite what I pictured when you said "berkeley up." I mean, yeah, it's unfortunate, but at least it's a race car and not some riced-out piece of E36 M3.

I like it, even though quarter miles aren't my thing.

I like it because it's probably not the best choice of a platform to start with, but some guy said 'berkley it, I want to do something different', and then went out and did it....well, most of it anyway. He then had the wisdom to realize that he wouldn't be able to finish it, and it now graciously passing it along to someone equally deranged as him.

I hate pro-street style cars almost as much as I hate "gassers".

I'm pretty sure though some people hate tube framed 9" flared MG's too, so I'm not really one to push the issue.

We thought about getting a 2600 that had a 289 swap- it was very challenge freindly on the cost side of things. It's biggest drawback was the location in Arizona... Would have been a fun challenge car, that's for sure.
