The Top Gear UK show will be running a 30 minute special today for Sabine, featuring both current and past show hosts. Too bad we don't get it in the US, I'm hoping the BBC will post it to their YouTube channel later.

Top Gear has announced that the original Top Gear team, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May, will be joining the new team today for a 30-minute special on Sabine Schmitz after her passing last month.
Freddie Flintoff, Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinness, joined by the former hosts, will be leading the special program that will air at 9pm this Sunday, April 4th, on BBC iPlayer right after the Top Gear series finale on BBC One. It will also be shown at 7:30pm on BBC One on Wednesday, April 7th. They’ll be joined by former hosts Rory Reid and Matt LeBlanc, plus special guests David Coulthard, Susie and Toto Wolff, and Jess Hawkins.
I signed up for BBC's Iplayer (on a non apple laptop) for free. It appears I will be able to stream the episode when it airs.

Sigh, not able to use outside of the UK. Sorry.
Anyone have any other sources?
In reply to MrJoshua :
I watched it on YouTube. An unauthorized upload that was probably taken down, but if you do a search for it, the special pops up once in awhile.
