If you've got a better one, I'd like to see it.
Nope, that takes the crown. Nice aero effect too when the rear cab hatch swings open for the length of the track.
Repost (although it's been awhile). It's a sleeper from the side, but from behind tires that wide are hard to hide.
Forester XT, this one is mine, but there are others that make even more horsepower, they just don't look as stock.

Except the videos are really boring. I'm no drag racer, but it's a whole lot more interesting to see a car lay down there than on a chassis dyno. As for the other video- a lot of talk, and just look at the engine. That could have been summed up in one picture and text.
Since they both put me to sleep in their awseomness, I guess they qualify for being sleepers...
At least the truck video is pretty dramatic. It's really someting to see....
I love the sleeper Foresters, speed and practicality. Too bad the turbos are so hard to find on the used market! (at least around here)
How about a 215mph, mid-engine, tube-frame, stock-looking Alfa 164?
I think my Sentra qualifies as a sleeper, but not in the same league as that pickup.

At the end, you can see and hear the car driving- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p36U-ReVQO4
On this one- sound is only good out of one side- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQigN057dMw
Put some "moon" hubcaps on this and you have the ultimate sleeper:

My brother's supercharged Sequoia ranks pretty high on my sleeper list right now. It's no wheel-standing, chassis flexing farm truck, but it's got cold a/c, heated seats, beer cooler in the center console, and based on how badly it spanked a mildly modified S2k, I'm confident it's deep into the 13's.
"Swank Force One" is a bit of a sleeper... Challenge competitors didn't get to see it run the way it should. 93EXCivic and Dansxr2 both got rides in it if they want to share experiences.
But it's not the "Ultimate" sleeper by any means.
There was a mid-90s Suburban gutted out with a cage running high 9's in the quarter-mile at No Problem Speedway in Louisiana during a PINKS event. Can't find a video of it on youtube, but the truck in the initial post reminds me of it.
