Mk I Fiesta XR2. Almost (almost, not actually) makes me miss my Mk I.
The want is very very strong with this one. JZR Morgan three wheeler 'replica' V twin water cooled Honda CX500 driveline including the shaft drove and rear swing arm, just with a longer drive shaft. Based on Triumph front uprights. spaceframe body with single curvature panels in steel and compound panels in glass fiber.

Note that there isn't much room for a driver in RHD configuration as the drive shaft went down the right of the boke frame. It would be ideal as a LHD though.

And as for spotted cars, I saw a really nice looking white E30 M3 driving west on I-64 just east of Louisville on Friday evening.
