Those are just gorgeous cars. I know Ferrari's are worth more, but I much prefer the looks of that era Maseratis.

In London for a few weeks; took the tube over to Kensington area, where a lot of the gulf oil money hangs out, and saw a Veyron parked and a handful of Ferraris driving around. Not too much different from Beverly Hills.
What really surprised me was the Ram SRT-10 I saw a few days back. Among narrow streets and countless tiny hatchbacks, that seemed like a fish out of water.

You must have been on the road when cars were leaving the Japanese Classic Car Show, by the looks of it! When was that? And I can't believe you didn't mention the Toyota 2000GT, one of the rarest cars to ever leave Japan.

The bus is more of a unicow, ......and completely legit if it shows up in this thread.
I passed a new Mercedes GT on the way to work today.
Is that an SLS GT or just GT, I can't remember.... It looked just like this.

It's called the AMG GT or AMG GT-S. AKA sexy.
Saw this at my kids school today. Talked to the owner. He's a substitute teacher who bought it new, stored it for 20 years when he was in the Navy and just got it back on the road. Says his wife hates it. I told him it was awesome.

It was actually on my way back to a work training day after lunch. The absolute worst part was no one at the training day was into cars. So anyone I told wouldn't give a poo. It was a while ago though, not sure how long.
Oh, the Datsun was a SSS too.
Walking downtown today, I saw an 80's Toyota pickup with a flatbed, a chopped off roof with a reworked quarter-height windshield, a full cage and mattracks. It was on a trailer pulled by a very muddy, but very new black Yukon in a fairly luxe trim, with a compact yellow light bar.
I bet there is a story there.

Everything about this picture looks straight out of 1962. The car, the brick house, the narrow drive, the wood garage in the back... Just looking at it I'd totally expect a milkman to come up, tip his cap, dodge the family dog, and pop in to make sexy with the woman of the house.
Please tell me that happened.
Yesterday was a good day to go wash the car. I had just stopped at an eight-lane intersection, right at that instant when all four directions and all the turn lanes were red for a brief moment and I see: crossing right to left a late-model Mercielago in black, crossing left to right a late-model Porsche GT3 in white, and looking at me from the opposite direction, an F430 in dark blue metalic. This is NOT an everyday occurance in Tulsa
There's a Volvo C30 T5 R-design with a 6-speed at the dealership today. Any Volvos in this are are a rarity. I can count on one hand the amount of C30s I've seen and I've never seen a T5, let alone an R.
(Not the car, but it's this color.)
It sure did!

Hmm, what was that. Late 60s-early 70's. It looked like a smaller french or italian version of a Chevy Monza hatchback without bumpers. Glass covers on the headlights, the windows and doors swept sharply towards a small roof. What the hell was that?
I don't know if this is a unicorn but it's the first time I've seen one. It was a Mitsubishi Diamante Vr-x. Pretty neat looking little car. Any one have experience with these little fellas?
No pics, but I'm on a pretty good run here this weekend.
First up, a completely unmolested Championship White ITR, spotted in my gf's apartment complex just a few spots down from her car. As far as I could tell, it appeared to be real. All the decals looked right, proper spoiler, 5 lug wheels. If it was a clone, it was well done.
Next up, spotted an NSX parked next to a 996tt on the way to the junkyard. I recognized the house as I had gone to look at a Camaro there two years back before I got mine (fwiw the Camaro appeared to have been beaten on and neglected.) The guy did not strike me at all as someone who had his E36 M3 together enough to afford the cars he has, and it got me wondering again yesterday how exactly he does it (rich parents? Lawsuit? Lottery? Crippling debt? Meth dealer?)
Finally, spotted a full size late 70s Cherokee Chief in the junkyard. She'll wasn't in bad shape but it was unfortunately pretty well picked over.
Here finally is the pic I took of the new NSX that passed me on my way home form work. I heard something cool, looked in the mirror and saw it coming up.
Friday afternoon, got to sit at a red light next to brand new McLaren 650S in Volcano Red. Annnd my phone was dead, so no pics I gave the guy a rev and a thumbs-up and he bounced if off the limiter for me. It is now on my Lottery List.
Fiat 124 development mule. Seen in the parking lot for the Notre Dame football stadium (in the background). I'm surprised that they even bothered with the "camouflage" wrap.
Also, Rusted Busted Spit, I'm pretty sure I saw that same NSX when we got off the toll road for the GRM meet on Saturday. Very nice sound as it accelerated away from the stoplight.
