If you've never had the opportunity to lap a high-banked superspeedway, you need to. Here's an opportunity both to do that and have a positive impact on the community. I'm in no way affiliated with this, just thought it was a cool opportunity. I've done it before without the bonus of being for charity, and it's a hoot.

Awesome - passed along to my detroit buddies!
I've been around MIS in my Miata and we were allowed to go as fast as we were comfortable with.
i had too much V for the available R transitioning from infield to oval, and crashed a chumpcar in NASCAR Turn 3 at MIS.
Years back, Adrian and I did one of those NASCAR schools at MIS. It was very fun and gave us a new respect for oval drivers.
I got to do one of those NASCAR schools as part of a product launch at one of my old jobs. It was way cooler than I expected. I would have never spent $500 of my own dollars on it...well maybe if it was for a good cause like this I might have. I was really shocked at how the cars were set up to turn left. I mean, I knew they were set-up that way but I didn't expect to have to turn right to go straight.
