I know of exactly one street/performance modified P71 and that used a set of custom valved Konis and a set of Speedway springs. I couldn't guess rates even.
i had the bilsteins. they were fine. surprisingly cheap iirc.
Yeah, they're like $80-90 each. Nowhere near as bad as the $250 ones for that BMW. LOL
If its an option, I enjoyed the height of the 99. Slightly lower. I'm not sure if it would be available in a performance set.
I sould really post some pix of mine on here. She sits pretty low as it is. Space in the wheel wells is HUGE though. I have 225/55/16's up front and 245/50/16's out back. Stock P71 wheels. Need to figure out what to do with her. Love to do a 5 or 6 speed manual swap, but don't have the scratch for that at the moment. 5.4 swap was fun and makes the car more fun to drive, now just need it to handle a bit better. Pix coming soon.
The 5.4 is probably why shes so low.
