Or is he? Is this type of thing worth this kind of money?
Probably not far off. The price is mostly for the VIN tag.
It might be worth it. But only to one person... The person who owns the rest of the car
No. This guy is high.
On a more serious note (and an on topic one)
12500 for some random corvette parts? dafuq?
If there was a VIN tag, maybe.

The understatement of the berkeleying year right here.
Where does one draw the line between a car and a a bunch of parts?
Perhaps it was a typo and he actually meant $125.00? :P

Only things of value I see are the Motor Wheel Spiders
$12.5K for a log book and hopefully a stamped roll bar, the rest is swap meet leftovers

It would still be about $ 75.00 too high.
As Albert Brooks' character says in "The In-Laws," "It wasn't a caterer, it was a man, his wife, and... lettuce."
He has been watching too much Barret Jackson
I was gonna say "any 1966 Corvette is indeed pretty valuable," but that's not a 1966 Corvette. that's some random parts from a '66 Corvette.
I looked 4 times and I still don't see a car there.....If that is a car then I have a 1956 100/6 in my garage. Haha. Actually I have a little more because I actually have the engine and the dash.
Unless there is something in that pile that says it won sebring or daytona or something I see maybe $1000 tops.

Probably somewhere around the vin tags. No vin = pile of parts that might have been on the same car at some point
So who here is going to voat it "best of craigs list"?
Ha, I did with his other posting that doesn't even show the other frame.
