I'm prepping a car for King Of The Heap. Rules say the required spec tire is a "Uniroyal Tiger Paw Touring NT". I've looked at several places and I'm usually not seeing the "NT" mentioned. Does that NT mean something specific to the tire or otherwise? Thanks in advance.

Just guessing, but I imagine Uniroyal has several tires with the "Tiger Paw" name. I'd guess the "Touring NT" is a specific tire in their brand...and it looks like they're listed here.
Just show up with a set of Hoosiers and run exhibition. Lol

The Uniroyal is almost certainly the faster tire!
