The problem is the 13" HTR 200s are discontinued.

damn.....
That's a recent development. I was shopping for wheels/tires for my Insight about 2 months ago and they were still selling the 215/50r13s i was considering.
That is really a sad deal, though, because the 13" sizes were probably the greatest usefulness of the htr200.
