Like many of us stuck in Snowpocalypse 2: Electric Boogaloo, my family and I have been shoveling nearly non-stop but are running out of places to put the snow. I have two uncovered FC3S RX-7s in my driveway that are buried both under new powder and snow that we have shoveled to keep the driveway clear for the other cars. At one point, the snow must have been piled 3ft on top of the cars. I've gotten some of the snow off of the roofs of the FCs but they are still buried otherwise. It will take me a few days to get them uncovered. Could having all that snow on top of the cars cause any damage?

Honestly, I really don't think I'd worry until it's 5+ feet deep over them. It's all evenly distributed and shouldn't cause any more panel deflection/damage than winds at extra-legal highway speeds would.

Yeah, my Trans Am is inside a snowbank right now. There has to be a few feet on top of it.

I've shoveled cars out of snow drifts that were over twelve feet tall. And that's decently packed snow. What happens when you live on the east side of Lake Huron, and have no trees to break the wind coming off her (neighbour's house, not mine). Cars were fine, though we had to be careful to not hit the car with the shovels.

Clean snow won't hurt anything, it's the slushy salt filled stuff you need to worry about.

funny thing, with all the snow in front of my warehouse. My S13 is BARREN of all snow and it is behind the warehouse.
