My 904 had a massive leak from the front area and rather than burn it to the ground I had my local shop pull it out for an inspection.

My dark heart was hoping for a popped cooler line or leaky pan gasket. Nope, damn the torpeedos.

The converter needs to be replaced, along with the converter bushing, front pump gasket, and front and rear seals.

The transmission shifted fine, other than leaving a James Bond like oil slick of transmission fluid behind it marking it's territory.

Should I just put the parts in it and call it a day or go ahead spend the extra, get good clutches, 5.0 kickdown lever, kevlar band, and stage 2 shift kit it?

Errr, why does your 904 have an automatic?

I have a hard time resisting the "might as wells"

I see that at least one leak has been fixed!
