Ow. That won't buff out. A long time ago I flew to Daytona in a Cessna 150? all I remember is it wasn't a taildragger. We landed in some really blustery conditions, once we got to the parking area (? wrong term) the owner/pilot told me to get out and grab the ropes that were tied to cables embedded in the tarmac and tie the plane down. I kept having to run after it and try to tie it while he was holding the throttle etc to keep it down. After I managed to catch the friggin' thing and tie it down by one of the side gear and he was able to get out and help, he said the stall speed on the plane was like 33mph. I can fart that hard.
that plane was probably tied down.. probably broke loose in that wind. Look at the prop, that is some strong wind.
When I lived in Ocean City, we had one break loose at the local airport and squeeze itself between the fence and a hanger.. a space about 3 feet wide

That man looks ridiculous at first, but that was pretty cool.
A runaway airplane can be very dangerous, as the following film demonstrates.
