Or are they...? I was ordering a starter for a car in the shop today.
Imagine the poor sap that's just looking for Coke Classic and he gets all of these damn automotive product suggestions.
We used to have a NAPA across the street from our shop and they sold cans of Coke cheap and super-cold. It was not unusual for one of us to run across to just buy a drink :)
In reply to Keith Tanner :
The hardware store down the street from my office has a 50s-era Coke cooler full of glass bottles. It's set to about 1/2 degree above freezing.
I used to stop fairly regularly before I stopped drinking sodas.
Not intended to apply to Noddaz, but... show me someone who "might also need" 70 Cokes by 1:58 p.m., and I'll show you someone I might not want to have working on my car.
It's stuff like this that makes me think the robot takeover may not happen for a while.
I appreciate them having it in a physical store. Often I'm hot an annoyed by the time I drive to a car parts shop.
my grocery store sells motor oil... only fair that my car parts provider sells food...
and to take the analogy a step further, my grocery store sells junk oil, so why would we expect good food at the car parts store

I very, very rarely drink soda anymore. But something about one that cold is amazing.
I might have a Dr. Pepper every few years.
Did have to put your VIN in before you could purchase it? And then discover you ordered a Coke but received a Diet Coke when you got home?
You'll need to log in to post.
