youngest used car would be the 2010 Forte. 2 years old in 2012 with 18k miles for about half the price of new.

I think my first car was my newest...94 Volvo 850 bought in '06, so 12 years old. Every car I've ever owned was built in the 90's.
I bought an 05 in 2012. That was the newest. Most of my others:
67 in 2015
66 in 1996
98 in 2010
73 in 2000
73 in 2005
74 in 2003
2 years old. '08 Saturn Astra bought in 2010 with only 14k miles and 3 years left of warranty.
Got a great deal because NOBODY was buying used Saturns just after GM went bankrupt
1990 Mustang 5.0 in 1994 w/10,000 miles
1998 Prelude in 2001 w/24,000 miles
2003 WRX in 2005 w/13,000 miles
For the past twenty years or so we have bought year or so old cars with 15-20k miles on them so that SWMBO has a dependable ride. Most times she picks something fairly pedestrian, Grand Caravan, little SUV's but once the kids we gone she got an Eclipse Spider, she still misses that one, some day we'll get her a real convertible. She drives them for 5-6 years until they become repair pigs or she gets bored. My toys tend to be 20+ years old.
06 Baja in 2014 and an 05 tucson in 2016 are my youngest. For dailies I like to buy ten years old and drive for ten years.
I bought a 1989 Ford Supercoup in 1990 - it was a Ford executive car, they still had new 1989 Supercoups on the lot.
I have a 2013 Mustang GT convertible that I bought in May of 2014 - it had just turned 5,000 miles. I couldn't find a new V6 in stick within a 500 mile search for the price I paid for it.
2012 Ford Explorer in 2013.
44k kms (27k miles). Full list $55k CAD, purchased for $31.5k CAD. Nice that someone else took approx. $20K in depreciation in less than 2 years.
I bought my first Miata when it was still covered by the 3-year warranty. Not by much, but there you go.
I've also purchased a used engine with 50 miles on it

My '14 FR-S was just over 2 years with 12.5k on it. My 350Z was 3 years with right around 10,300 on it iirc.
I usually get them when they're about 10-12 years old and keep them until they die.
I have never paid more than $1650 for a car.
