Seems like something folks around here would like. He states he bought it as a shell btw.
The engine in that car (unless I'm misunderstanding something) started in a civic, lived in an MR2, and now this NSX.
Agreed. this is awesome. The V6 in the NSX originated in the first generation Legend (1987 in the US, 1983 in Japan) so it was old when they started using it. Nice to see something new.
No burnouts? No turbo whoosh? MUST SEE MORE!!!!

I had the C27A1 in a '90 Legend. It made the right sounds and was torquey but it was a pain in the ass to work on. I can only imagine that it's even worse when you put on DOHC heads and jam it in the middle of a car. Plus the C30/C32 never had great support. I'd go K-swap too. Or maybe J-swap, just to keep the right noise.
J swap is fairly common. K swap notnao much. I like this for the weight reduction. I know some accord guys tried to build an nsx type motor once. Dismal failure.
Wonder what a roller nsx costs...

I wonder what the manual and automatic transmissions that come with k20s can take.
You know, for reasons...
Also, what does the hot budget k20 build look like in terms of parts, cost, and power?
The owner is really responsive on his YouTube channel, might ask up there, though someone here probably knows...

The design of those has held up well to my eyes. I like them. I would want an air filter after spending a big chunk of money on the engine. Is that the factory prop rod? Amazing how much power K20's can make.
