I'm no longer limited to a single sway bar in my old civic, since I bought a faster H Street car to replace it. It’s going to be used for commuter duty and occasional track days.

I have the stock springs, koni sport shocks, stock front bar and a 24 mm Progress rear bar. I could probably get a stock front bar from an SI pretty cheaply. Would stiffening the front help reduce wheel spin from the open differential?

Yeah open diff FWD cars tend to respond well to additional front roll stiffness. An adjustable bar would be the best option, since it's always nice to have tunability, but a stock Si bar would be a nice budget choice since you already know it's tuned for that platform.
