Tony's Automotive. He is right off of Sprague, on Blake out in the Valley. After dealing with the morons at the dealership, he got me in quick, figured out the problem and fixed it. I would definately go back.
If you want a foreign car specialist Marks Automotive in Post Falls. He shop is across the street from my buddy's shop. I have talked to him a few times, but have never taken anything there. His lot is always full of BMWs/Porsches/VWs/Audis/Ferraris/ect.
The last guy that I know of is European Machine in CDA. My old boss took his Porsche or Mercedes there to get something fixed. As I remember he was a good guy, but on the pricey side.
