Last week I got to spend some time in the shop. A friend had recently given us an old industrial sandblasting cabinet. This huge Zero B-300-F was in rough shape, but with a little cleaning up we got it running. At this point we decided it warranted refurbishment.

I picked up a really nice little Gesswein sandblasting cabinet from a jewelry store. It's got small air lines and a tiny ceramic nozzle because it's designed for cleaning and etching soft metals. It's small and portable and is completely self contained with its own vacuum system. I bought a bigger regulator, lines and controls to send more air and sand through it. I still need to put it all together, but it should be perfect for smaller projects.
