Sad news, but as the title says Westfield sports cars are entering administration after 39 years. The following is from the linked article.
Company records show that Westfield Sports Cars had just £25,722 in cash at the end of 2021, along with stock worth £2.2 million and debts owed of £1.76m, suggesting cash flow was tight. It also owed £1.2m to parent company Westfield Technology Group.
Based on that I assume something will rise from the ashes, as it doesn't' seem like total insolvency.
I didn't even know that Westfield still existed.
I'm not completely surprised, but I doubt they'll disappear.

I don't think they did. IIRC it was an unrelated entity that had tried to name themselves "Lotus", got into a legal battle with the OTHER "Lotus" team on the grid, lost, and wound up licensing the name from Caterham instead.

They didn't. The team was set up originally as lotus. Having acquired the rights to use the name lotus from the parent company of Lotus. They raced like that for a few years, before the twat waffles at Renault sauntered in and somehow acquired the rights to use the same name. The team was then renamed Caterham after a licensing agreement with the umbrella company that also owned Caterham cars. No financial links between the two companies

Yeah, sorry, sometimes I forget I am typing to a generally US audience. Americans have this utterly bizarre and very incorrect belief that the British are polite and reserved, we/they are not. It's actually this country that is very reserved and uptight. Twatwaffle, vajajaymuffin, and cockwomble are all relatively common insults, and acceptable in for more polite company than they would be here. Let's see what the swear filter makes of those

Y'know, I always pictured twat waffles being Belgian. I can think of some French analogues, but they're even less polite. But less politeness is to be expected from the French.

Most Americans haven't hung around English football fans cause polite and reserved are not the words I would use.
The Brits in general are masters of the seemingly polite insult. Like Hugh Grant calling BoJo an "overpromoted rubber bath toy" on Twatter.
"Loan from the parent company" always makes me nervous, that's kinda a private equity playbook. But it might also be a way of trying to keep the company going.
The British economy isn't doing too well from what I read, so I'm not surprised that the 'toy' companies are affected.

Mmmmmmm as someone born in Brooklynn and raised by parents who grew up in Queens...............you are polite & reserved.
As for the insults; much like many Southerners you fling the insults with a polite tone and lovely cadence.
