My brain isn't functioning tonight, and since I'm addicted to this video and keep seeing the car, I'm getting annoyed...the accident-damaged front end it throwing me off. I'm thinking a Pontiac but don't know my 60s-70s American Iron as well as I should...
Bonus points if you know what the band is, though I know some of you are weird like me and will know it immediately.

Buick Riviera with a bent up front end.
Buick Riviera. The "boat tail"
A right on. I think the "muscle car" wheels threw me off, gives the car a much sportier look!
So regarding the wheels....doing a quick internet photo search, it appears that this car (or a clone with the same wheels) was from the movie "Crank." Was that car crashed in that movie?

negative. Ask your boy Orion, he'll know.
As mentioned it’s the boat tail buick riviera which were built was built from 1971 to 1973. All used the 455 engine. I like these cars though the styling wise people either loved it or hated it. Interestingly enough bill mitchell wanted it to be built on the smaller intermediate a body rather then the full size e body that it was built on.

That's awesome! I met your avatar photo in an airport once and tried talking to him. He was even less coherent than in the show. It was wonderful!
I still lust after a '65 Riviera with the hidden vertical headlights.

I always thought the mid 60s front end would look great on a boat tail car.

I knew there was a yellow pro touring Riviera. I did not know that it was what had been in my head for a long time. Look how great my idea is working out for that guy!
The silver arrow iii show car was pretty cool looking ![](https://static.carthrottle.com/workspace/uploads/posts/2016/03/7b8938ae735eb22f5b463a78fcd59e36.jpg)

This was the Riddler Award winner at the Detroit Autorama a few years ago. Not a trailer queen any longer.

It’s a pretty sweet car I got to see it here in Edmonton at the indoor custom car show they had here in May 2014
