1934 Chevy Sedan is my guess, but I know very little about cars from the 30’s.
Without searching for pictures, 1933 or 1934 Chevy sounds like a good guess to me.
My father owned a '33 Chevy Master Eagle phaeton... the trim / vent / whatever behind the front fender was a series of 3 vertical vents in the sides of the hood, not a horizontal chrome oblong like that car seems to have.
Also, the spare would have been front fender mounted on a '33-34, at least on most trim levels, but there were trunk mount spares too, so that's not as much of a tell as the hood vents.
The overall shape and proportions are very close to the Chevy Master sedan, though.
