I have my fuel supply & return lines with these ends:

That I need to connect to my FPR:

I'm guessing my supply line should go to the larger port on the FPR, and return line to the smaller port, correct? I don't know what kind of adaptors I need to mate the ends of my lines to the ports on the FPR though?

From the FPR outlet I'll need to run hose to a T, then to each inlet port on the carb. What kind of fitting do I need for them?

Also where's a good cheap(Challenge-friendly) place to get the correct fittings?

I guess more specifically: I don't have a clue what type of flares these are, or how they're measured - is by thread size, line size, or???

looks to be a GM TBI setup that you are starting with, correct?

if so, those are metric o-ring flares... just hit the easy button by cutting them off and putting a regular double flare on them. they are metric lines, but the big one is close enough to 3/8" and the little one is close enough to 5/16" to work as long as your flaring tool can grab them... don't forget to put the proper fittings onto the lines before flaring, and make sure they are on the right way..

regarding the adapters: the oldest guy at your favorite local auto parts store will be able to hook you up. he will either look like a strung out biker or be one of those 50 year old guys with a moustache that tells the world that he is a guy that likes to fix stuff.

I probably should have mentioned I'll eventually be swapping back to fuel injection. Is cutting the fittings off the end of the stock lines still a good idea?

Also, I presume this requires more than a standard plumbing flaring kit?

no pete as said use the easy button and some teflon tape.AZ has a fuel line that fits the carb you want, the one that is the legnth for a metering block and a metering plate, It's a shade shorter than one for a duel metering block, the longer one will fit the carb I sent you but the short one won't stretch to fit a duel metering block. you MUST use a Pressure adjustable regulater, set it at 7-8 PSI. FI is a very much Higher Pressure, they are standard pipe thread and flare (but factory is Metric Holley is SAE) only aircraft use (A N) flare. Install the adjustable regulater after the Block in your Picture and you can swap back later with no harm to the Factory Stuff.
