But yea it's probably a Kelmark GT. Front end looks kinda high though. (Edit: Steelpig beat me to it)

Yep, looks like a Kelmark with an unfortunate suspension setup.

I had a kitcar magazine from the mid 1980s that I read about fifty jillion times.

That looks like about 25% of the kit advertisers in the magazine, in the back where ads were sold by the column-inch.

 

In short, Kelmark GT or one of the many, many, MANY similar fly by night versions.
