What one thing on your vehicle has broke that shouldn't have broke and pissed you off? I'm not talking wear items or anything that rusts.
My example is that about 3 years ago the drivers side seat belt tensioner decided it was a fine time to lock up and not extend on my '03 Durango. The first problem was that was our only vehicle at the time and the wife was freaking out about driving to work without a seat belt.
Went to the Dodge dealer and a new one was $200 . Um, no.
Sooo, I went to the local U-Pull-It and they said they had one. When they brought it too me, it looked completely different and I asked what it came out of and he said a '99 Dakota. I showed him the one I had and he replies "Well the computer says that they're all the same. I told him the system is obviously wrong. They tell me they don't have it then.
I call another yard I've heard good things about and the guy I talk to says they don't have one but their other yard all the way up in Wisconsin has a couple. I ask if it's Gray, he says yep, I ask how much, and he says $50. Sold!
Took a week and a griping wife, but it worked out in the end.
I know Honda has a lifetime warranty on their seatbelts. I am surprised Dodge doesn't/
The clock on my 2007 Silverado keeps terrible time. It gains 3-5 minutes a month. I have a digital watch that hasn't gained or lost a single minute in almost 10 years. Is it that hard to make a digital clock in a car reliable?
My E30 keeps eating (used replacement) temp gauges. As a matter of fact, it needs a new one now.
Knock on wood, everything on the Trooper works.
The WRX was annoying because the clock was broken. I never realized how much I needed a clock in my car until I didn't have one!!
The hood latch cable on my Cherokee. Not terribly expensive to replace, and i'm TOLD it's not hard, but i haven't done it yet.

I broke the glass in the drivers side mirror in the Ms3- it was my fault because i'm an idiot, but it still pisses me off. The cup holder on the center console of the MINI has broken like... 5 times, I finally gave up fixing the damn thing.

My WRX's taillight has started taking on water. It is 13 months old...
EDIT: Thanks for reminding me with this thread. I think I only noticed it yesterday, but this prodded me to make an appointment to get it taken care of. Bummer it'll probably be separate trips for inspection and replacement...

Except for your temp gauge, hah.

Fix it now!!! I broke mine and thank god the left hood latch wouldn't latch.

On my 2002 WRX, I replaced the stupid clock with a 3-gauge ATI pod (highly recommended if they still make them, very nice quality) and upgraded the stereo, which had a clock on the display. Do that.
I also broke the driver's front seat track on that car and had to weld it back together after accelerating a little too hard too many times. That was really fun to fix, and I've never seen that happen before or since.
My mom had a 2003 Acura MDX with a temperature sensor that had a mind of its own. It would read -73F all the time, even on a summer day which isn't unbearable in and of itself but as a result of this, The HVAC would only run full heat. She had the sensor replaced three times (under warranty), but nothing seemed to fix it.
Even worse, this car had breaks made out of milk bottle caps. If I remember correctly, the rotors had to be resurfaced five times over four years.
My dad had a (then new) 2003 BMW 745Li that was involved in a low speed side impact (<5mph, the side airbags didn't even deploy) about six weeks after he got it. Despite the low speeds, the collision cracked the rear axle, bent the frame and broke all of the rear suspension components (the car had active anti-roll bars). Anyway, the car quite literally drove sideways down the highway. The steering wheel was about 45 degrees off center which triggered the stability control. Eventually, the right rear brake would overheat if you left the DSC on which would shut off all driver aids and light up the instrument cluster like a Christmas Tree.
The drivers side roof drip rail trim has flown off both of my e30s . Apparently I'm not alone as the drivers side drip rail is gone from nearly every e30 at the pick & pull within a week. .... With the right side window motors and blower fan!

Fixed in a fit of "I'm tired of this not working and will stay out in the garage until it is finished" last night.
uMMM...... well.... ummm...... oh, wait, the transmission on the Accent. Previous owners never changed the fluid and the diff tried to climb out of the case at 120k miles. But even that really didn't piss me off. A complete engine/trans/subframe/knuckles etc was only $300.
The 12v outlets in my brand new Jetta didn't work because of a short in the dash. It was fixed in a day under warranty but my God if that happened out of warranty I'd be pissed to have to dig around and trace that down.

Too many aftermarket parts are just crap. I find myself thinking that mayby I should end the crap shoot and just by OEM stuff.
list of crap aftermarket parts in the last couple years:
water pump died in a year
lower control arm died 2x in a couple years
MAF
temp sender died in a year
idler bearing on aux belt
boot on "new" FWD axle CV joint vaporized in a year
I could go on..
Window regulators in the Liberty. They all worked when we bought it. The passenger front quit within a month, the drivers rear quit last week when the window fell into the door. I hate power windows.
My Chevy Colorado has its check engine light on constantly. It's a code for the fuel cap, which has been changed a couple of times and its been to the dealer for it too. Truck drives fine, it just has to be cleared for my emissions test. I plan on checking out the filler tube when it's warmer, a friend said his brother-in-law had cracked rubber on his Dodge that caused this same problem.

This does not surprise me.
I tried to buy a replacement for a shredded Honda belt when they told me about the warranty and insisted that they would also have to do the installation, all at no charge.
I contacted Jeep to see if they had a similar warranty and, even after citing the outstanding warranty service at the Honda dealership, they basically told me to go berkeley myself.
Pretty sure the 2 year old LUK clutch master in my sunfire is going out AGAIN, that or the year old slave cylinder. The 2.5 year old MOOG control arms bushings are coming apart too. It also has that stupid vertical lighter outlet, pennies fall in it and blow the fuse, which also runs the horn circuit and the diagnostic port.
The Yugo in flawless in terms of dumb stuff failing, PO hackery and Communist-Italian wiring aside.

Window regulators on a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Wife bought the car new in March 2000 and we traded it in on a 2013 Subaru Legacy last October.
In the 12+ years we owned it we had to replace a window regulator every year. All of them were replaced at least twice with the front ones more than that. The rear window ones weren't used more than 2-3 times a years but they still broke.
Problem was some plastic gear that broke and Buick never changed it to some other material. The dealer replaced them free long after the warranty had run out but we still had to pay for the last 5.
Headliner is falling down in my wife's '99 Sentra. After 100 years of headliner technology development, I expect that to be something which does not fail.
