Hey all I was recommended the nitto nt01 tire but they are not available in 205/45/16 which is my preferred size.

Is there anything similar out there that you all recommend?

TIA!

I can't find any other street-legal R-comps in that size, you'll either have to go up to slicks or step down to "cheater" EPS, or EPS tires.

In slicks there's the Hoosier R7 and A7.

In "cheater" EPS there's the Bridgestone RE71R. These are the closest street-legal tire in performance to the NT01 you can get in this size.

In EPS there's the Bridgestone RE11, Hankook RS3v2, and Toyo R1R. These will be a slight step down from the RE71R in grip but they'll last a lot longer.

Well I plan to make these tires an fsp autocross only set so I'm not too worried about dot legal. So shoot away sir!

For all-out competition use, RE71R.

205/45-16 is the stock 16 inch Miata tire size, 205/50-16 is the stock 16 inch Focus size (I have both cars), so I just ass-u-med you were looking for Miata tires
