Fans in the headrests?   I am probably late to the party, but really?

Unless it's another new thing, they have had that in convertibles to blow warm air for top down motoring in the winter.

We've had heated seats for decades, A/C seats for a decade or more, what's wrong with fans in the head rest?

Fords had fart filters in the seats of F150s for years.

Oooh, my Miata has headrest speakers but the radio no longer works and I don't drive it enough for it to be an issue. I wonder if I could replace those with fans

If I had fans it would feel like this.

Better than a selfie lighting ring on the backside of the sun visor. 

I bet those are cheap to fix.
