I guess they had a 5month plan for their car and stenciled in a steno pad was stage one. Headlights. Stage 2. New headlights. Stage 3 useless carbon fiber hood. Stage 4 big muffler. Stage 5 graduate highschool.

Except they flunked highschool and had to proceed to Stage 6, Get GED
Nokya Arctic Yellow Headlight Bulb (Stage 1)?
Lots of hits to this if you google it.
Arctic White is stage 2.
Stage 1 bulbs usually are the factory wattage of 55/65 (or slightly higher) but a different color. Stage 2 are higher wattage like 100/120 or so.
Nokya is a company that sells "high-end" colored bulbs with "HID-like" light output and such. It's more of a ricer thing. I used to run those bulbs back when I was in school and thought appearance mods like underglow was cool.
I'm glad I grew up. Mostly.

In reply to Sky_Render:
I had nokya bulbs in my Redline......but that was mainly because projector housings weren't available, and I was driving to work at dusk/night and driving home from work at night/dawn....yellow/white lights make me drowsy.
Other than that, they are retarded

Only dimwits buy used light bulbs.
It must be, I've been waiting for the used oil filter market to pick back up......its so bad that even our dumpster people won't take them.....
True HIDs come in different luminosities, the brighter the "bulb" the bluer the apparent light. I didn't go full ret$%d with mine. (Tropic Thunder joke, not a slight to the differently abled).
Yes, HID's are referred to by their color (4000K, etc.). But I've never heard of "Stages" for bulbs though.

"Arctic Yellow"?
Arctic white, sure. You know, like snow.
Or is Arctic Yellow the stuff Frank Zappa had a song about not eating?

You're thinking of color temperature. That is unrelated to brightness.
