I'm in Phoenix on business this weekend. Just got here. I searched for a Cars and Coffee but it looks like it's just the first Saturday of each month. I know BJ is starting in Scottsdale but I just don't think that's my thing. I'm looking for a more relaxed parking lot type event but still with cool stuff. I guess I'd like to go to something akin to a Houston (Woodlands) C&C. Am I out of luck?
I can't remember the name of it but there's a really cool small car museum in Phoenix that's worth spending some time at. There's also a museum at one of Roger Penske's dealerships that's kind of cool. You can shop for a new Maserati while you're there.
The Penske Museum is absolutely worth your time. It's not worth the price, though, as it's free and it's definitely worth more than that.

Down at Wild Horse pass (Firebird for us stubborn die hards), there's a track day been 8 and 4.
I was at the autocross at AMP, saw them on the way home.
Apparently no issues with spectators, like an autocross, sign the waiver and go watch.

I see they swapped it around a bit. That 911 wasn't there. Probably auctioned it on BAT given the market as of late.
