Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
"MHI" which someone said is Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, but that's about all I have at the moment.
That appears to be a TD04L6-04H from various GM Ecotec motors -2nd generation Saab 9-5, Cadillac ATS/CTS, etc.

Not 100%. It's at the house so I will re-check this evening.
Wow, that hotside looks like that of a divided inlet Volvo TD04. The compressor blows down and not up, though.
There's a bunch of turbos based on td04's. I've got a holset hx25 in the garage I scored for all of $20, I was surprised to find out its another td04 based frame.

I thought it was Volvo specific. It looks like the GM might use it too, or something aggravatingly similar but different enough to not swap.
In reply to daeman:
The hx25 is built by mitsu. It's not built by holset, they bring them in one door of the factory slap them in holset boxes and ship them out the other door.
In reply to Fueled by Caffeine:
That explains why it's a td04 frame then. Though they do at least bother to slap a holset stamped compressor housing on it.
Either way, im not complaining, it was cheap and has a huge amount of aftermarket support that will make it a fairly useful turbo for me

As is usually the case with this board the thread has drifted away from the original topic, but I do think you are correct.
