It appears to be seeing some sunshine in those pictures. You can use that to negotiate the price.

I can ALMOST understand wanting to keep the carpet...I have a Civic that has a carpet that looks like it was used as a boom in the Gulf Oil Spill cleanup. But wanting to keep 1 of the wheels? I also find it hard to believe the mileage claim. I'm sure it has an odometer that reads only 8,100 miles, but who buys a sporty car, replaces the steering wheel, and then almost never drives it?

I like Hondas, but I could never see buying a used one (well, maybe an NSX) or new one, for that matter, that cost over $20K.
