What's your favorite modification that doesn't change suspension geometry and/or doesn't directly alter or change out any moving pieces of the suspension and doesn't create additional horsepower.
Think along the lines of lightened flywheels, solid motor mounts, limited slip differentials and of course tires.
What's your go to for immeasurable improvement?
Based on what I've consistently done to my fleet - lights.
Sit-ups and a healthy diet.

Upgrading a E36 M3ty lsd to a good one is pretty incremental, but upgrading from an open diff makes all the difference in the world.
But for my true favorite, dogbox.
Cat-back. On basically all modern cars any power from a catback would fall under the "statistical noise" category.

Sway bars.
Steering wheel, I like perforated leather.
Does cutting coil spring coils off count? My first one was done with a hacksaw. It took a long time. Otherwise all of my cars where much faster when I made them louder.

Hard to pick. Adding a rear bar, or lightened flywheel, or just removing weight. Flip a coin.
Hans device. i'm still here agravating you folks because of one.

I'm replying to my own stuff, but that's ok. I can't imagine going through undergrad or wicked drives without music. It carries me to completion.
Weight reduction because it's free and I'm poor.
Exhaust because I like to be a redneck.
Tires since they suck as delivered.
Brakes since OE's tend to suck.
Lighting is high up on the list. Rural and dark. Wife drives a lot of pre-dawn mornings. Wheels/tires beyond that.
