I am looking at the wheel alignment of an exo-car (RCR Superlite Razor) and would appreciate some basic guidelines. Any ideas for a good starting point for things like toe-in/out, etc.??

Paging Kurt to the white courtesy phone !! A Razor is basically , kinda, like the Midlana, sorta, maybe.
Maybe zero everything out first and add (or subtract) a little negative camber, maybe a degree at most, then go test drive. I would think your toe settings would want to be at zero to start with.
Also, congrats on the Razor. Where's the build thread?
No idea how similar it is to a Miata, but I my track settings for the Miata are:
0 toe, F/R
-3° camber front, -2.6° camber rear
No idea on caster, basically told the guy as much as we could get once we hit the camber target.
See if Fran at RCR has a recommendation but if not for a baseline I'd probably start with around a degree of negative camber and if adjustment range will allow it without the steering effort becoming too great try for 5-8 degrees positive caster. Zero or toe out will tend to make it a little darty and lacking in straight ahead stability (although it will bite a bit better on turn in) so I'd go for ~3/32"-1/8" toe in.
