The new for 08, I mean 09.... I mean 2010 Suzuki Swift! Please, hurry up already!
Accordig to the owner of this car (Norway) it's on a stock suspension with R888's on Honda type R wheels.

I'd rock that in a heartbeat!
Suzuki could re-invent the hot-hatch market with a baseline "sport" model and then allow the kids to pile on the options for even more profit.
We're waiting, Suzuki.
Not if they don't bring cars like this over here. Apparently they build great bikes (not a two wheeler myself).
Suzuki is another brand that GM has berkeleyed up in my opinion. For the last few years most of the Suzuki models we get here are rebadged Daewoos.
Suzuki bought back all but 15% of the GM stake a couple years back, then promptly dumped the daewookis and started bringing over their own stuff again. Proper Japanese built cars/SUV's. The SX4, SX4 Sport and the new Kazashi. Supposedly the Swift is to make it early 2010 as an 2010.
If it DOES finally make it, it's about 2000 lbs and 110hp if what info I've found is true. It would be a good HS car, and likely a good ST car if that is right.
That'd be the Swift 'Sport' pictured above. 120hp, where the standard Swift has 100, plus firmed-up suspension etc. At least, that's how the models are differentiated down here in Australia.
A friend of mine took one for an extended test drive recently. Very, very fun car, apparently. She'll be getting hers in "champion yellow":
and here I am making do with my 1994 Swift GT.... imagine if I could have a NEW one that I could safely drive everyday.
I still have this unhealthy idea of buying an SX 4 and then importing all the fiat specific stuff for it and converting it to at least look like the Fiat version
