I got curious, 12/5/12 7:40 p.m. I had read a magazine and seen a few bumperstickers at local rallycross events. I asked if I could tow the MR2 with my (ex) GF's Honda Element.

If everything in the world was as short as my memory, there'd be real trouble ....
Mine was back in '04-5-6 on the old board. I was a complete dickhead, fresh out of high school. This place helped teach me that I did NOT know everything. Or most things, even. A lot of VERY good content was lost with the old board.
It was on the old board, in 2002 I believe. I probably said some really really dumb things. I'm not exactly disappointed the old board is gone now.
Huh. Fun idea! May 2008 or so. I had bought a my first Miata and was gearing up for the $2008 Challenge. That was a long time ago. I was a kid. Now I'm not. Funny how that works.

Yep. I was a bit grumpy then. But that post is VERY far from my first post. (I had over 30,000 posts prior to that)

I'm not even sure I do! I see a post by Tim Baxter on 21 May 2008 about the "big new board". Apparently, the old-old board was taken down due to a flood of spammers going in and ruining things.

Memories get fuzzy over time, but it has to have been more than 20 years ago that I first joined the old GRM forum; maybe as far back as '99. Holy heck I've gotten old.
Mine was in November of 08. A proper introduction. I was on the HAMB for 3 or 4 years, and I remembered how new guys would be reamed for not posting an intro. So that's what I did.
September 11th 2010. Tom Heath was asking opinions on classic daily drivers. It was in the Classic Motorsports forum
