Another great thing about Goodwood is their willingness to livestream events.

And the quality of the streams from their events. I commented last year about how good the sound was, so many motorsports events it's mostly someone yelling about the racing and a bit of faint motorsports sounds, at Goodwood it's all about the cars/motorcycles on track.

The commentary could be better, but Group C cars in the wet at Catalunya?  Yes please.

YES.  Compare it to the typical coverage of motorsports in the US, particularly NASCAR.  The audio and video, as well as the commentators are so much better.

In reply to Trent :

A lot of the drivers at the Goodwood Revival are current or recent professionals.

There are some talented Gentleman drivers out there, but not many of them are going wheel-to-wheel with Tom Christensen or Dario Franchitti or Tom Ingram.

Those races in general are great, and when it rains - *that's* entertainment (and no doubt great fun for the drivers, too).

In reply to Tom1200 :

It was actually called "Canada class". It was a budget class that utilized many stock components. The body is made from an F-86 drop tank, transmission is from a fiat (I think), engine is an Austin Mini, etc. At Goodwood he ran it with the formula juniors IIRC.
